For all appointments, the customer, or a representative for the customer who is at least 18 years old and authorized to sign for work performed, must be home during the entire installation.
During the Standard Professional Installation our Installer will perform the following tasks :
1. DISH MOUNTING
Mounting dish on an outside wall or roof within 100 feet of TV.
Installing hardware needed to mount and ground ‘Ground dish’.
2. WIRING AND CONNECTIONS
Connections using up to 125 feet of RG-6 cable per receiver.
Routing all cables to 1 TV through an exterior wall or from basement.
Connecting 1

® Receiver and 1 VCR and/or DVD player if they connect to the same outlet as TV.
3. PHONE CONNECTION
Connecting system to an existing phone jack within 25 feet of TV.
4. CUSTOMER EDUCATION
20-minute customer training session
If customer wants custom work, technician negotiates cost in writing before beginning any work and collects payment directly from customer.
Custom Installations (Additional charges apply)
During the Custom Installations our Installer can perform following tasks
Mounting dish on a pole (unless required for line of sight), tripod, etc.
Routing cables through more than 1 wall or fishing cables between walls.
Any additional work to hide or camouflage cables/wiring. Installing additional receivers or routing system to more than 1 TV outlet.
Connecting system to stereo and/or components other than VCR.
Boats and RVs may require an additional charge if special equipment or wiring needed.
Wiring for phone jacks that are more than 25 feet from TV.
Installing phone line if needed.
Providing enhancements to phone line.
